位於灣仔的留家廚房於2004年開業,以自然方法做菜,為食客帶來無味精雞精,味道純正的菜式,深受歡迎。

我們認為傳統和創意可並存,故此我們的餐牌上有久違了的傳統菜式,同時有前衛的新菜式。我們擅長搜羅各種優質食材,把最合時令的佳餚帶給客人。我們的招牌菜包括:留家煙燻雞丶生菜膽炒獅頭魚球丶太史戈渣和蜜汁火方。我們經常因應顧客的需求製定特式宴會菜單,亦定期推出特式菜單如懷舊珠璣宴和全雞宴。

多年來我們獲得不少好評,包括米芝蓮一星和WOM飲食指南的十大最佳中菜。我們亦曾經 和國泰航空及信興電器等企業合作。

About Us

Since its opening in 2004, Kin's Kitchen has been striving to serve the best Chinese cuisine.

We believe in the coexistence of traditional cooking and modernist approach. While we treasure the wisdom of our ancestor and insist on cooking classical dishes in the traditional way, we embrace creativity and modern techniques, such as using the sous vide technique.

Also, we insist on using the best local ingredients available in the market as well as sourcing them from local farmers, butchers, condiment makers and other producers.

Our Brand means ‘Stay home’ in Chinese, we want to create ‘feel like home’ dining experience for you and your family. We look forward to serving you in Club Voyage.
